I add my at home workouts to my stories on Instagram as I do them each day, but I will leave them here for easy access as well. The workouts range from full body, upper body, and lower body workouts. Feel free to bookmark this page for easier access & join me as I get sweaty!
What You’ll Need:
- Pair of dumbbells (preferably a light set & a heavier set)
- A jump rope (Or modify to “fake jump rope” & jump in place)
- Mini resistance bands
